This was my first solo album executive produced by myself and super producer and DJ; Nick "The Quick" Dean. This was back when I went by the stage name Lyrical A.J. I had always been in a rap group up until this point, but with this project I solidified I was going to pursue music as a solo artist.

I named it "Cinematic: 0.5" because I initially intended for this to be a series. The word Cinematic symbolized having a vision and making it come to life for everyone else to see; the same way a director does with a film in cinema. That was my motivation at the time. To get my visions from my head out to the world on my pursuit to happiness. And it still is to this day.
